FEES
The cost of therapy can be daunting and is often a hurdle for people accessing the care they need. I recognize that therapy is an investment, and I am willing to work with clients to find a balance to make therapy mutually sustainable. After an initial 20-minute phone consultation to determine whether I am a good therapeutic fit for you, my rates are:
- 60-minute individual
- Telehealth video chat: $150
- 60-minute couple’s session
- Telehealth video chat: $250
Payment is due at the time of service. I accept payments by cash and credit card if insurance is not accepted.

You can contact your insurance provider to inquire whether they can reimburse you for out-of-network providers. Please note that insurance companies require a mental health diagnosis to reimburse your expenses. I can provide you with psychoeducation on this topic.
